Prophet Muhammad (Peace and blessings be upon him.)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

All praise and glory to Almighty Allah, the Lord, and may peace and blessings of Allah be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad, the seal and chief of the prophets, his family, his companions, and all those who follow him, till the Day of Judgment.

Allah sent Muhammad pbuh to guide humankind to the true path and made his prophet hood unique, making it both global and eternal.

Allah, the exalted says in: Surah Anbya 21:107

We sent you only as a mercy for all creation.

Muhammad pbuh was best in morals and manners, as well as the perfect example and model to the Muslims. Allah says in the Surah Ahzaab 33:21

There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.

Allah also says in Surah Najm 53:5

He was taught by one mighty in power

If our aim is to achieve success and salvation in this world and the hereafter, we should follow the footsteps of our noble Prophet. Allah says in Surah Imran 3:31

Say, [O Muhammad], "If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful."

Allah says in Surah Qalam 68:4

And indeed, you are of a great moral character.

Surah Furqan 25:56

And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a bringer of good tidings and a warner.

Revelation does not come to people haphazardly. Those who are chosen for it are the most perfect of all people in their intellect, virtue, and character. All the prophets who emerged before Muhammad pbuh were human beings, they lived ordinary lives like ordinary people. They talked, walked, ate, married, and had children. They experienced suffering and pain and endured hardships in the cause of Allah. They were all under divine guidance.

Surah Ra’d 13:38

And We have already sent messengers before you and assigned to them wives and descendants. And it was not for a messenger to come with a sign except by permission of Allah . For every term is a decree.

Surah Furqan 25:20

And We did not send before you, [O Muhammad], any of the messengers except that they ate food and walked in the markets. And We have made some of you [people] as trial for others - will you have patience? And ever is your Lord, Seeing.

Surah Ahqaf 46:9

"I am not something new among the messengers, nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I only follow that which is revealed to me, and I am only a clear warner."

Allah’s Messengers (peace be upon them all) influenced human life greatly. They brought to the world virtue and goodness and removed from it evil and suffering. They established justice and benevolence in their social, political, and economic lives. Muhammad pbuh is the only messenger and man in the history of humankind whose entire record is fully preserved.

He possessed the best and noblest qualities of a human being as a boy, a man, a husband, a father, a trader, a legislator, a ruler, and a statesman, a judge and a teacher.

Indeed, [O Muhammad], you do not guide whom you like, but Allah guides whom He wills. And He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided. -Surah Qasas 28:56

"My Lord, indeed I am, for whatever good You would send down to me, in need." -Surah Qasas 28:24
